Gasp presents
Garden Investigations : Needle Carpet
The recent works of Jennifer Russ

Wednesday November 30th 2005

  • Preview Viewing: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
  • Reception: 7:00 - 10:00 pm

You are invited to see a custom line of extraordinary gift plantings in striking sculptured containers. As the weather becomes colder and our gardens lose luster the art of interior planting design comes into focus. Let this exhibition tantalize your imagination with nature’s treasures and suggest holiday gift ideas.

Created by Landscape Architect, Jennifer Russ, these sculpted gardens make outstanding living and lasting gifts. Jennifer recently relocated her practice from Washington, D.C. to the Boston area.

Jennifer received her Masters of Landscape Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in May 2004. She was awarded a fellowship in 2002 to study the art of Zen gardening at Yokohama University. In 2001 she graduated from The George Washington University with a Landscape Design Certificate and a Woody Landscape Plants Certificate.

Jennifer has traveled to approximately forty countries in search of inspiring design. This past spring she traveled to Holland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia, and the Czech Republic compiling detailed studies of landscape architecture, culminating in the completion of two year project of a Zen garden in Prague.

Jennifer’s unique works will make both extraordinary yet affordable gifts during the holiday season as well as superb additions to your work and home environment.
